Hello! I’m an award winning filmmaker, animator and illustrator based in Brooklyn, New York.
With over a decade of freelance experience, I’ve worked as a 2D animator and director for clients such as Pokémon, the NBA, 2 Chainz, Eminem & Snoop Dogg, Netflix, Showtime, Disney and the X-Games. In addition, my short films have played at a variety of prestigious festivals, illustrations have been both published and featured in prominent gallery exhibitions and I’ve served on several film festival juries.
Recently my film Buzzkill screened at over 50 festivals, winning 10 awards including Best Animated Short at Screamfest, Flicker's RIIFF Vortex, GenreBlast and Woodstock - the latter resulting in an Academy Award qualification. It’s now streaming on Alter and as a Vimeo Staff Pick.
These days I’m available for remote work from my home studio, which includes a Cintiq, Mac Pro, Adobe’s Creative Suite, a grumpy cat and all the necessary file sharing and communication tools.
I recently had the pleasure of collaborating again with Nathan Love on a new Pokémon short film called “An Oddish Tale”, where I designed and animated all the 2D FX.
This job was a blast (literally) and the whole team knocked it out of the park! It features lots of fun hijinks and amazing attacks from a cute little Oddish as it battles against an army of Rattatas...and more?
