Hello! I’m an award winning filmmaker, animator and illustrator based in Brooklyn, New York.
With 15+ years of freelance experience, I’ve worked as a 2D animator and director for clients such as Pokémon, the NBA, 2 Chainz, Eminem & Snoop Dogg, Netflix, Showtime, Disney and the X-Games. In addition, my short films have played at a variety of prestigious festivals, illustrations have been both published and featured in prominent gallery exhibitions and I’ve served on several film festival juries.
Recently my film Buzzkill screened at over 60 festivals, winning 12 awards including Best Animated Short at Screamfest, Flicker's RIIFF Vortex, GenreBlast and Woodstock - the latter resulting in an Academy Award qualification. It’s now streaming on Screambox, Alter and as a Vimeo Staff Pick. My new award winning film Poppa is currently playing across festivals worldwide.
These days I’m available for remote work from my home studio, which includes a large Cintiq, Adobe’s Creative Suite, a grumpy cat and all the necessary file sharing and communication tools.
I’m back to my old ways, building my own a conceptual costume - this year I’m The Skeleton King!
I sourced various items for the outfit and then glued each and every rhinestone by hand, in addition to sewing in little beads and chains to create the look of glittery blood and guts!
