Hello! I’m an award winning filmmaker, animator and illustrator based in Brooklyn, New York.

With 15+ years of freelance experience, I’ve worked as a 2D animator and director for clients such as Pokémon, the NBA, 2 Chainz, Eminem & Snoop Dogg, Netflix, Showtime, Disney and the X-Games. In addition, my short films have played at a variety of prestigious festivals, illustrations have been both published and featured in prominent gallery exhibitions and I’ve served on several film festival juries.

Recently my film Buzzkill screened at over 60 festivals, winning 12 awards including Best Animated Short at Screamfest, Flicker's RIIFF Vortex, GenreBlast and Woodstock - the latter resulting in an Academy Award qualification. It’s now streaming on Screambox, Alter and as a Vimeo Staff Pick. My new award winning film Poppa is currently playing across festivals worldwide.

These days I’m available for remote work from my home studio, which includes a large Cintiq, Adobe’s Creative Suite, a grumpy cat and all the necessary file sharing and communication tools.

AnYmator interview

AnYmator interview

Excited to share that I was interviewed by Doug Vitsrelli for the October issue of ASIFA‑East’s “aNYmator” magazine (yes, it’s actually still physically printed!). The digital version is now online HERE

I'm very honored for this opportunity by an organization that has long championed creativity, storytelling, and visual expression in NYC. Animation work can often feel isolating, however moments like this give me the power to connect with others and create broader conversations about how we tell stories, engage audiences, and bring new perspectives to life. We all strive to communicate through emotion, style, mood, character — animation is simply the medium I use to explore it.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported me on my strange journey — collaborators, clients, friends, mentors — I wouldn’t be here without you. And for anyone who’s curious about what goes into animation (or why I believe short-form storytelling is so powerful), I hope this interview offers a peek behind the curtain and inspires you to see animation in a new way.
